The Seward Chamber of Commerce & Visitor Center is thrilled to announce that Seward, Alaska was voted #1 for the Best Small Town In The West as part of the USA Today 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards out of 19 other nominees! The nominees were chosen by a panel of experts which includes editors from USA TODAY, 10Best.com, other expert contributors and industry sources. Voting was shared by the Seward Chamber of Commerce for a total of four weeks. Our community rallied together to keep Seward deservedly in the lead.
We work hard to help facilitate the development and promotion of Seward as a place to live, work and play. This award is a great demonstration of how Seward bands together as a community to continue to drive Seward as "the best small town in the west".
