On Tuesday the Seward Chamber of Commerce unveiled a newly updated seward.com, featuring an attractive redesign and comprehensive navigation showcasing all the town has to offer. A useful resource for locals as well as tourists, the new site boasts a community calendar keeping visitors abreast of activities and special events year round, in addition to providing a thorough directory of local businesses and attractions.
The site was also created with a focus on showcasing the natural beauty of the Seward area. Representing ten months of work, the project was led by Chamber Marketing and Communications Director Kat Sorensen in partnership with destination marketing solutions firm SimpleView, Inc.
“Our newly redesigned website is an upgrade visually, and can better showcase the beauty of Seward,” Sorensen said. “It’s also an upgrade for our members, who have a stronger presence online and a good support system in the back system.”
