Seward Chamber of Commerce Announces Spectacular New Year's Eve Fireworks Display

Seward, Alaska – The Seward Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to announce its highly anticipated New Year's Eve fireworks display, set to take place on Tuesday, December 31 at 8 p.m., in celebration of the arrival of the new year.

The fireworks will be launched from the Seward Waterfront Park, offering a breathtaking view of Resurrection Bay and the surrounding mountains.

“We're thrilled to announce the New Year's Eve fireworks display! A huge shoutout to our incredible sponsors and Seward Parks & Recreation for their unwavering support year after year in making this event possible,” said Seward Chamber of Commerce Executive Director, Samantha Allen.

The fireworks display will be the highlight of an evening filled with other festivities throughout Seward, including live music, community gatherings and local dining specials.

There will also be the Holiday Lights Contest, where community members and businesses can submit their beautifully decorated homes to be judged. Winners will receive a $250 gift card. Voting will open after submissions close. To make it easier for everyone to enjoy the festive displays, the homes will be featured on an interactive Google Map, allowing visitors to easily navigate and tour each decorated house.
